Where can I see a transaction overview?

In the Vibrant platform, you can easily access an overview of your transactions, filter and sort them, and export a list for further use. If you use an integration, you can also find metadata that may be useful for your system.
1. Access your transactions
Log in to the Vibrant platform.
Go to Insights > Transactions.
Here, you’ll see an overview of all transactions, including:
Date
Status (e.g., completed, declined, refunded)
Amount
Payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay), and more

2. View transaction details
Click on a transaction to open its details.
Here, you can find:
The transaction’s unique ID number
The terminal or device used for the payment
Transaction metadata (useful for integrated systems)
3. Filter and sort transactions
Click Filter to refine your search by:
Payment method
Transaction type
Card scheme
Click column headers to sort transactions by date, amount, or other criteria.
4. Export transaction list
Click Export.
Select a file format (CSV or Excel).
Download the file for bookkeeping or further processing.
