How do I send a receipt?

Vibrant simplifies receipt management by offering convenient digital options for both in-store standalone and integrated solutions.
For merchants using the Vibrant standalone solution:
Sending receipts after a transaction:
Following a successful transaction, you'll see a green confirmation screen on the app. This screen provides options to directly send a digital receipt to your customer:
SMS: Enter your customer's phone number, and the receipt link will be sent via text message.
Email: Input the customer's email address for direct email delivery of the receipt.
QR Code: Display a QR code on the terminal screen. The customer can scan this code with their phone's camera to access the receipt online.
Sending Receipts for Past Transactions and Refunds:
Access Your Sales History: Open the Vibrant app and tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
Select "Sales" from the menu options.
Find the Transaction: This screen displays your recent sales. Use the time period selection (top right corner) to filter by date as needed.
Open Transaction Details: Locate the specific transaction and tap on it to view details.
Sending Options: At the bottom of the detail page, you'll find the same options for sending the receipt: QR code, SMS, or email.
For Merchants Using a Partner-Integrated Solution:
If you're using a Vibrant solution integrated with your existing POS system, receipt management might differ. Here's how to find the relevant information:
Documentation: Refer to the documentation provided by Vibrant (opens in new tab) or your integration partner for specific instructions on sending receipts within their system.
