Payment Links through integrations

With Vibrant's Payment Links, you can accept payments remotely without needing a website or terminal. Whether you're selling products or providing services, you can generate a secure payment link and share it with your customer instantly.

What is a Payment Link?

A Payment Link is a secure payment request that you send directly to the customer via their preferred communication channel. The customer opens the link in their browser and can pay using:​

• One-click digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay​

• Card payments by entering their details manually​

• Local payment methods (if enabled) like MobilePay​

The available payment options depend on your agreement and the enabled payment methods in your payment gateway.

Important Note: This article covers Payment Links created through partner integrations (POS, booking, or journaling systems). How It Works (via Integration)

1. Payment Links are sent via your integrated POS, booking, or journaling system.

2. Initiate the payment from your system

3. Generate a Payment Link within your system (For example, from al dente journaling system, press “Smartbetaling”)

4. Share the Payment Link with your customer via:​

   • SMS to their phone number​

   • Email or invoice attachment​

   • Any preferred communication channel, such as WhatsApp or Messenger​

5. The customer receives the link and opens it in their browser.​

6. The customer chooses their preferred payment method and completes the payment.​
