Create and share payment links directly from your Vibrant Portal – no POS system or integration needed. Just generate a link, send it to your customer, and get paid.
What is it?
A Payment Link is a secure URL you create in your dashboard that lets customers pay you online. They click the link, choose their payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, or MobilePay), and complete the payment in seconds.
Who can use Payment Links?
Payment Link availability depends on merchant and integration type as well as merchants with an e-commerce agreement with Vibrant.

How to create a Payment Link
Log into your Vibrant Portal
Go to Payment Links in the menu
Click Create Payment Link
Enter the amount and optional description
Click Generate Link
Copy the link and send it to your customer via SMS, email, WhatsApp – whatever works for you
When to use it
Invoice payments – Get paid before you head out to a job or straight after
Deposits – Collect upfront payment for bookings or orders
Remote payments – Accept payment when you're not face-to-face
Quick payments – No need for a terminal or website
Managing your links
All your payment links live in the Payment Links section of your portal. You can see which ones are paid, which are still pending.
Once a customer pays through a link, the status turns to “Paid” and the link can't be reused.
What customers see
When they click your link, they'll see:
The payment amount
Your business name
Added description
Payment options (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay)
The checkout is secure and mobile-friendly and lets customers complete payment in seconds.
