AI Forecasting & Assistant (Beta)
AI Forecasting & Assistant is a beta feature in the Vibrant Portal available to a limited group of merchants.
The feature introduces two new components:
AI Forecast page – predicted revenue and influencing factors
AI Assistant – a conversational tool for understanding forecasts and transaction patterns
If you do not see this feature in your Portal and would like access, please contact Vibrant.
AI Forecast Page
The AI Forecast page provides predicted revenue for short-term periods (7 or 14 days).
For each selected period, you can see:
Predicted total revenue
Key factors influencing the prediction and their impact
Longer-term indicators such as peak month and overall growth trends
Model accuracy based on historical data
Forecasts are generated using historical transaction data, including revenue trends, weekday patterns, and seasonality.
Weather Data Integration
The short-term forecast may incorporate publicly available weather forecast data.
Weather data is linked to the city in which the business is registered. If historical patterns show that certain weather conditions influence sales, the model may adjust short-term revenue predictions accordingly.
The feature does not analyse or interpret weather independently. Weather data is used only as an additional input to refine revenue estimates. Because weather forecasts can change, predictions influenced by weather may also change.
AI Assistant chat
The AI Assistant is designed to help you better understand forecast outputs and explore transaction data in more detail.
You can use the assistant to:
Ask for clarification about predicted revenue
Understand which factors are driving changes
Explore revenue by card brand or payment type
Review recent transaction patterns
The assistant uses a language model to translate structured forecast and transaction data into plain-language explanations. It does not independently generate financial calculations. It interprets and explains data available within your Portal.
While the assistant aims to provide helpful context, responses may be simplified and can occasionally contain inaccuracies.
AI Assistant chat is not built for general product understanding, support purposes or troubleshooting. Please contact Vibrant support and our team will assist with any other questions you might have.

This feature is provided as a beta release. Forecasts are estimates based on historical data and selected external inputs.
They:
May change as the feature evolves
Do not account for planned business actions or unexpected events
Should not be relied upon as financial, tax, or business advice
