How to find your TOF number (Forretningsnummer) for your NETS Dankort agreement

To enable Dankort transactions through Vibrant, we need to link your existing NETS Dankort agreement to our system. To do this, we require your TOF number (Forretningsnummer), which identifies your agreement with NETS.
How to find your TOF number
In the confirmation email from NETS
After signing an agreement with NETS, they often send a confirmation email with the possible subject "Indløsningsaftale for Dankort".
Your TOF number will be listed in this email.
On your NETS Dankort agreement
Your TOF number is listed in the original agreement document you received from NETS when setting up your Dankort agreement.
In NETS' self-service portal
Log in to MyNets
Navigate to "Salgssteder" (Sales Locations) or "Forretningsnr./salgsteds-id" (Business Number/Sales Location ID) to locate your Dankort agreement.
Your TOF number will be displayed there.
On your NETS invoices
NETS often includes the TOF number on their invoices, usually under agreement details or customer information.
By contacting NETS customer service
If you cannot find your TOF number, you can reach out to NETS customer service for assistance.
Once you have your TOF number, please send it to us so we can activate your Dankort agreement in Vibrant.

Your TOF number must come from your Dankort agreement, not from agreements related to Visa, Mastercard, or other payment cards. Please double-check that the number you provide is specifically from your Dankort documentation.
