2. Find the perfect solution:

A Vibrant sales representative will contact you to learn more about your business and recommend the most suitable solution from our offerings:

- In-store payments (for physical transactions with a terminal)
- Online payments (for accepting payments through your website or through payment links)
They'll also provide you with a tailored pricing plan based on your chosen solution.

3. Review and sign the agreement:

Once you've identified the best fit for your business, you'll receive a service agreement outlining the terms and conditions, along with a pricing breakdown.
Carefully review the agreement before signing electronically.

4. Complete the onboarding process:

Upon signing, you'll receive a link to finalise the onboarding process.

This online process involves filling out a detailed application with your business information and uploading required documents.

5. KYC verification:

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process will be conducted once the application is received. This is a common process as all payment providers are subject to the anti money laundering law.
