What documents do I need to sign up for Vibrant?

To ensure a smooth onboarding process for your Vibrant account, you'll need to upload some essential documents after discussing your needs with our sales representative and signing the service agreement. These documents will be uploaded through a secure link you'll receive upon finalising the initial steps.
Important note:
We need to verify the identity of owners with more than 25% ownership and persons with significant signing power. Therefore, we'll require both a picture ID and proof of home address for each of these individuals, including their personal identification number.
Here's a breakdown of the documents you'll need to upload during the online onboarding process:
1.Picture ID
Format: PDF, JPEG, or PNG
Accepted IDs:
Driver's License (valid)
Passport (valid)
National ID Card (both sides of the card)
2.Proof of Home Address
Format: PDF, JPEG, or PNG
Accepted Documents (must be dated and maximum 3 months old):
Utility Bill (heat, electricity, water, phone, internet)
Residence Certificate
Bank Statement
Official Document from Government Authorities (stating your address)
Additional documents depending on business type:
Associations, Foundations, and NGOs:
Minutes from the Last General Meeting
Signed Articles of Association
Fundraising Organizations:
Copy of the documents of permission for fundraising from the authorities
