How do I close my account?

At Vibrant, we understand that business needs can change. If you've decided to move on, we're here to make closing your account as simple and transparent as possible.
There are two ways to initiate the account closure process:
Contact Vibrant Support: Call Vibrant support during our working hours to speak with a representative and request account closure.
Email Support: Send an email to support@vibrant.io clearly stating your request to close your Vibrant account.
Depending on the agreement you have made with Vibrant, the closure process might vary. Our support team will guide you through everything you need to do to finalise your account closure.
