How do I change my password?

Maintaining a strong password is crucial for protecting your Vibrant account. This guide explains how to change your password and what to do if you've forgotten it.

Changing your password:

1. Log in to Your Platform: Access your Vibrant account using your current login credentials.

2. Navigate to Settings: Locate the settings icon on the bottom left corner of the screen. Click on the icon to open the settings menu.

3. Security Section: Within the settings menu, find the "Security" section. This is where you can manage your password.

4. Update Password: In the "Security" section, you'll find an option to change your password. Follow the prompts to enter your current password, then create and confirm your new password.
   
   

Forgot your password?

If you can't recall your current password, don't worry! Here's how to regain access:

1. On the login screen, find the "Forgot your password" button. Click on this button to initiate password recovery.

2. Vibrant will send password reset instructions to your registered email address.

3. Open your email and follow the provided instructions to create a new password for your Vibrant account.
