Solution
Vibrant and al dente teamed up to launch a integrated product that not only allows dentists to accept payments faster and more smoothly from their existing journal and POS system, but also gives clinics access to more payment methods. Recognising the unique challenges clinics face day-to-day, Vibrant also developed payment links (“Smartbetaling”) to simplify invoicing, making the process far more efficient and ensuring a faster cash flow, as less customers now walk out of the clinic without paying their invoice on the spot.
On top of that, daily accounting tasks have become a breeze for already busy clinic teams. Instead of spending days manually reconciling payments from multiple outdated systems, accounting teams can now export payment data directly from Vibrant’s platform, cutting down their bookkeeping time from hours to just minutes.
