Currently, the Vibrant in-store payment app is only available for Android devices. Here's a breakdown of device compatibility:
Required specifications:
Operating System: Android version 11 or higher
NFC Chip: The device must be equipped with an NFC chip for near-field communication, which is essential for processing contactless payments.

NFC stands for Near Field Communication. It's a short-range wireless technology that allows two devices to communicate by touching them together or holding them very close (usually within a few centimeters). In the case of Vibrant payments, the NFC chip in your customer's card or phone communicates with the NFC chip in your Vibrant terminal to securely process the payment.
