Wondering where to find a breakdown of your Vibrant payouts? This guide will show you how to access and understand your payout overview within the Vibrant platform.
Where to find your payout overview:
Log in to the Vibrant Platform: Use your login credentials created during onboarding to access your Vibrant account.
Navigate to "Reporting": Locate the navigation menu on the left side of the platform. Within the menu, find "Reporting" and click on it.
Select "Payouts": Under the "Reporting" section, you'll see a submenu. Choose "Payouts" to access your payout overview.
Understanding your payout overview:
The payout overview provides a clear summary of your financial activity:
Total Sales: This represents the total amount of money you've received from your sales transactions.
Total Refunds: This reflects the total sum refunded to your customers.
Total Fees: This section shows the total fees associated with your Vibrant transactions.
Total Payouts: This is the net amount transferred to your account after deducting fees from your total sales and subtracting any refunds.
Filtering payout data:
Date Range Selection: The top right corner allows you to filter the payouts by date. You can choose from options like "Today," "Yesterday," "Last Month," "Past 6 Months," or define a specific custom date range.
Exporting your payout data:
Export Flexibility: Vibrant empowers you to export your payout data for further analysis or record-keeping purposes. In the top right corner, you'll find an export option allowing you to choose the preferred format: CSV, Excel, or PDF.
