Octopus PMS is a Danish booking system used by hotels, restaurants, cafés, and similar businesses. It helps manage reservations, guest data, and payments – all in one place. The integration with Vibrant allows you to accept payments both in-store and online, efficiently and with less admin.
What this integration offers
In-store payments with Vibrant terminal:
Payments are initiated directly from Octopus and sent to the Vibrant terminal. Guests can pay contactlessly with their preferred method. Multiple terminals can be added to suit your setup – at the reception, bar, or even at the table.
Online payments and Payment Links:
After booking online, guests are redirected to a secure payment window to pay for their stay. You can also send a payment link via SMS – for deposits, reminders, or balance payments – and all transactions are automatically registered in Octopus.
